Bat Training Courses
As part of Access Ecology Ltd's commitment to ecological consultancy, we believe that correct and up to date training of bat related issues will only enhance the work carried out by professionals.
The Trainers
All our training staff has had a direct involvement with the sites and projects used as scenarios, and therefore have a full understanding of the history of each project and the bats and roosts present on each site. The course structure has been developed by Nick Bonsall, who provides training for South Yorkshire Bat Group volunteer bat workers and has run a number of bespoke Anabat workshops for a number of ecological consultancies and this years BCT conference.
Nick has been a licensed trainer for several years, and is willing to assist bat workers from across the UK in their training to obtain a Natural England licence.
The Venues
Each venue has been selected on the basis of the following criteria:

We are always looking to expand our training courses at different venues, if you wish to discuss this further then contact us.
